Adidas - Customer Loyalty Card Website & Portal
Access to competitions, special events and revolutionary products is what its all about.
Adidas 3Stripes is an exclusive club that gives it's members access to a range of loyalty benefits.
Elemental was briefed by a Cape Town based marketing company to develop the adidas 3Stripes website and mobi site, which would serve as a portal for clients to register, login, activate their 3Stripes card and get access to a variety of loyalty aspects, such as events, competitions and news.
What We Did
The website designs were provided to us from our client in PSD format. We firstly converted these designs into HTML and CSS, then we carried out extensive cross browser testing to ensure the website was compatible with all major web browsers.
The custom web development included the functionality to allow the user to register and login to their own client portal, as well as update their details, enter competitions, browse and view content.
A centralised 3rd party system was responsible for the activations of the 3Stripes cards, therefore both the website and mobi site were required to integrate with this software in order to facilitate the realtime activation of the loyalty card.

The 3Stripes website and mobi site now allow consumers to further engage with the brand, giving them access to loyalty features. It also allows the brand to get more detailed consumer information due to the user's in store activity being tracked through the card.
These websites reinforce brand loyalty and further promote brand exposure through the clean interfaces and user friendly usability.
